These terms apply to all services provided by Wira, operating from Block 3A, Persiaran APEC, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which Wira provides AI integration consulting services to clients. They apply to all three of our service offerings — the Starting Point Review, Workflow Integration Support, and the Comprehensive Support Journey — unless a separate written agreement between Wira and a client specifies otherwise.
We have written these terms in plain language. If anything is unclear, please contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.
2. Our Services
Wira provides advisory and implementation support to help small businesses in Malaysia understand and adopt practical AI tools. Our work is consultative in nature — we provide guidance, recommendations, and hands-on support, but we do not make operational or business decisions on behalf of clients.
Service outcomes depend on many factors, including the readiness of your team, the suitability of the tools for your workflow, and the accuracy of information you share with us. We will work carefully and thoughtfully with you, but we are not able to commit to specific business results.
Where a service includes software tools provided by third parties, those tools are subject to their own terms and pricing. Wira does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes to their availability, features, or fees.
3. Pricing and Payment
Current service fees are listed on our website. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Starting Point Review (RM 630): Payment is due in full before the session takes place.
- Workflow Integration Support (RM 1,300): A deposit of 50% is due upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due within the first two weeks of the engagement.
- Comprehensive Support Journey (RM 2,250/month): Billed monthly in advance. You may pause or end the engagement at any time with fourteen days' written notice before the next billing date.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or other methods confirmed at the time of engagement. We will issue a receipt or invoice for all payments received.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:
- If you cancel a Starting Point Review with at least three business days' notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice, or where the session has already begun, are not eligible for a refund.
- For the Workflow Integration Support, the initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- For the Comprehensive Support Journey, you may pause or end the arrangement at any time with fourteen days' notice. We do not issue refunds for the current month's fee once a billing cycle has started.
If Wira is unable to deliver a scheduled session for reasons within our control, we will reschedule at a time convenient to you, or issue a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private. On our part, we will not share details of your business, operations, or documents with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
We ask that you treat any materials, frameworks, or reference notes we provide as intended for your internal use only. These materials are prepared for your business and are not to be resold or distributed to others.
6. Intellectual Property
Any written summaries, reference notes, or documents we produce specifically for your engagement are provided for your business's internal use. Ownership of these deliverables transfers to you upon full payment of the associated fees.
General frameworks, methodologies, and approaches that Wira uses remain the intellectual property of Wira. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use our branding, name, or materials beyond what is needed for the engagement itself.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wira will carry out its work with reasonable care and skill. However, the nature of AI tools and technology means that results can vary, and we cannot accept responsibility for losses arising from the performance or behaviour of third-party tools, changes to platforms, or decisions made by you or your team based on our recommendations.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wira's total liability to you in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Your Responsibilities
To make the most of our work together, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and workflows when requested.
- Make relevant staff available for sessions as agreed.
- Inform us promptly of any changes in your business that might affect the engagement.
- Use any tools or materials we provide in a lawful and responsible manner.
9. Use of Our Website
The content on our website is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
You may link to our website for non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, dated clearly. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you have an active engagement when terms change, we will let you know in advance.
